Friday Stuff

I took a drive around the block this frosty morning and took a few pictures.
In other links...by a long shot the most incredible thing this week is this public access cable show combining painting, trippy music, a fat guy with a crown, and a treadmill. (Oh, there's some NSFW language when he takes a caller at about 5:30 who asks the obvious question.)
Iggy Pop's concert rider. "2 X HEAVY DUTY FLOOR MOUNTED FANS. So that I can wear a scarf and pretend to be in a Bon Jovi video."
Leaving the least funny thing for last, a little something from last Summer. The United Nations headquarters in New York is due for renovations, and Donald Trump gave this pretty entertaining(by the standards of such things)testimony to Congress about how he sees the project being badly managed. Highlights include the person at the U.N. in charge of the project not knowing what a curtain wall is or how you heat a building, New York landlords being the lowest form of humanity, and congratulating the architect who was paid $27 million and produced no drawings.
